We will be on holidays from 28 March 2024 - 15 April 2024. All standard orders received during this time will be processed once we have returned back into the studio. Rush Orders will not be accepted.


1. Where is The Printed Love Co based?

We are based from our home studio in Melbourne, Victoria Australia.

We do however ship worldwide. 

2. How do I place an order?

You can shop here on our website. Feel free to contact us with any questions. 


3. Can I change any of the designs you have on your website?

Absolutely! All our designs are custom made. Contact us if you are unsure on what can be changed or have any questions or specific design requests. 

4. Do you have samples I can see before I place an order with you?

We only keep a small amount of samples on hand, as we would get lost in all the items and products if we tried to keep one of each product on hand that we've made! As we are always working on creating something beautiful, if you are locally based in Melbourne VIC, Australia, you are welcome to come have a look at some of the items we have on hand. Please contact us

5. How long will it take to make my items?

Our standard timeframe for all Christening/Baptism orders are 14 working days. If need be, we can rush your order ahead of others. There is a surcharge of $15.00 for this service.

6. Can I see photos of my order before it is sent?

Most definitely! - Please leave note at check out.
